Santa PAWS in Skid Row

I am excited to share the video.
Thank you for having me at the event.

Goals

The goal was to create a mini documentary film showing that homeless people are passionate about their pets - and do care about them very much. After watching the film, the audience should feel touched and motivated to help.*

*(That’s why I chose to mention ‘Yael and Chuck’ personally in the beginning of the film. Why? People connect to other persons more easily. I switch over to the foundation’s brand name when it comes to the call to action at the end.)

The call to action at the end of video is to give today and support The Hollywood Rescue Grooming Foundation.

I split the story in three parts:

  1. Start: Showing the living conditions and the problem for the homeless in Skid Row, which is having limited resources to pet care

  2. Middle section: Then showing what is being offered at the Santa PAWS event

  3. Finale: And finally documenting the happiness of the homeless when they receive support and help
